Melanie's area of expertise is in creative business management
and development. Her education in business administration, majoring
in accounting, gave her the foundation she needed for a career
in business.
She was the co-owner and president of Kerr Lighting, a successful
outdoor lighting company. Over the decade that she was involved
with the company it grew from a small local manufacturing business
to an operation with major international exports.
Melanie's people skills coupled with her extensive background
in business, marketing and client service was a major component
of her company's great success.
Kerr Lighting won global awards for excellence in export development.
Melanie herself, also received the Entrepreneur of the Year award
for Eastern Ontario.
As part of the Airflair team, Melanie has recently completed
the necessary courses to become a certified makeup artist.

Sabrina is a dynamic, talented cosmetic artist and businesswoman
with a wealth of knowledge and experience. As a licensed cosmetology
instructor and makeup artist with more than 30 years experience,
she brings her advanced knowledge to Airflair with special formulations
for individual makeup pallets. Her skills in traditional and
air makeup are evident in her proficiency in a wide range of
make-up artistry, from the natural corrective applications for
weddings, proms and everyday events to the complex techniques
needed for stage and theatre productions.
She is the President of Artistic Academy, a thriving and award-winning
cosmetology college in North Carolina. For the past two decades,
Sabrina has been a certified educator-instructor in hair, nail
and skin care. Over the years, as she perfected her skills, she
also became a leading professional in continuing education.
The beauty industry has made great advancements during Sabrina's
career and she has been in the forefront of these new developments
and raising the standards of her industry.
BRITTANY O'CONNOR
ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA USA
Brittany is an enthusiastic and creative makeup artist with a
natural flair for bringing out the best in all her clients.
She attended Elon University and graduated in 2004 with a degree
in corporate communications. Then she attended The Artistic Academy
and graduated with degrees in cosmetology, skin care and nail
technology. While at the Academy, she specialized in makeup application
and became a certified airbrush makeup specialist and educator.
Over the years she has styled models' hair and makeup for photo
shoots for small business websites and professional cheerleaders.
She has also created more natural styles for bridal parties,
proms, and other special occasions.
Brittany is also thrilled to be coiffing the models for STRUT08,
a high-end fashion show held in Raleigh, NC.
Her communication skills make her a dynamic instructor for her
airbrush makeup classes in the technique for airbrushing a client
as well as the technique for airbrushing yourself.
